For almost 30 years Howard Karagheusian Medical Benevolent Public Organization (HKMBPO) provides high-quality and free dental, ophthalmological, and social services to children from vulnerable families through its regional centers with about 50,000 beneficiaries treated per year.

Medical Service Programs
The pediatric dental program is the first, largest, and longest-running program created in all the Howard Karagheusian MBPO Centers. It was founded in 1993 in Yerevan at the “Nork” clinic. For 30 years, thousands of children have received free dental care at the centers. more >>
Since the beginning of Howard Karagheusian MBPO’s operations, dental preventive care was one of the main aspects of the organization’s work. Since 2020, the dental preventive program has existed as a separate program. more >>
Ophthalmologists perform optometry and various ophthalmological procedures in the branches of Howard Karagheusian MBPO. Eyeglasses are provided free of charge. more >>
Social Service Programs
Howard Karagheusian MBPO has implemented a social and psychological support program for children with special needs in 2020. The program’s primary goal is to identify the socio-psychological, integration, and educational difficulties of 6–14-year-old children and provide appropriate support. more >>
Partnerships
Since 2002, in cooperation with Arabkir Joint Medical Center & Institute of Child and Adolescent Health, children receive high-quality hearing aids as well as participate in dance rhythm and computer classes. more >>
Completed Projects
Together with like-minded organizations (Jinishian Memorial Fund, Caroline Cox Rehabilitation Center, the Government of the Republic of Artsakh), Howard Karagheusian MBPO established a rehabilitation center for children diagnosed with autism and pediatric cerebral palsy. more >>
