Our History

In the fall of 1992, the Howard Karagheusian Medical Benevolent Public Organization (MBPO) was established in Yerevan, Armenia, with the support of the Karagheusian Foundation (based in New York, NY).

Howard Karagheusian MBPO is implementing medical and social programs in Armenia and Artsakh, with five established centers and the primary “Nork” clinic. Other centers include Gyumri, Vanadzor, Goris, and Stepanakert. These centers provide primary dental, ophthalmological, and social services to their local communities.

Mission and Vision

Mission: To provide children with highly-quality, free medical and social assistance, thereby contributing to their happy social integration.

Vision: To be a center of excellence in healthcare and social services.
